Doesnt work! Complete garbage

My child was so excited to try this in addition to her paid print subscription. Digital access is supposed to be included. Doesnt work. Keeps asking for a password that I was never prompted to create. If you try to click on Support it keeps asking for an answer to a math problem and when answered just goes back to the original screen. Absolutely shameful that this is from National Geographic and does not work at all. Beyond buggy, just useless! rip off!
