The free issue its worth the price (0.00$) in deed. There is no value whatsoever to this, and for the price youre planning to charge, my opinion is that you wont make mush sales. You should change the name from National Geographics Kids to Nationally Ripping off the Parents Magazine... Good luck!

The magazine subscription is really good but why do we have to pay for the electronic version as well. People Magazine and Wired magazine apps give you the digital copy if already have a print subscription. Why are you asking to pay twice for the same thing? UPDATE: Add Vanity Fair to the list of magazine subscriptions that dont make you pay for then print copy AND the electronic one too! Now thats fair! Come on National Geographic!!!!!!! 2nd UPDATE: Add Time and Sports Illustrated to the non-gouger list. They include the iPad version free if you have a print subscription already. Hell, almost EVERY magazine does it in the app store...oh, of course the other National Georgraphic Magazine, they charge you twice as well. FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having a hard time figuring out the app. Not enough time on my iPad. Looks really easy but wish knew more about this. Need to make purchases to work better

It worked for the first time and has not worked since. Every time I try to open it just kicks me out. Too bad because I purchased a few magazines :(

Its great! Theres sounds videos slide shows its perfect! Something I really like is that all the magazines you purchase is all in one app which is great! I love it do much I hope they do lots of updates with lots of fun stuff

I  National geographic, but now, when I downloaded this app, I thought cool??! Its not really free, u have to pay for the magezine inside the app. Also, to make it free, u guys can put stuff in the app from a long time ago, FREE!!? Since its not in market any more.

I didnt get my free sample

I share the magazine with my son and the children at my work (daycare) and they live it. I finally decided to subscribe but a little disappointed its now June 3 and I have already paid for the June edition but its still not available when usually the new editions are available before the month even ends. Where is the June edition???

I would like to have a free digital subscription with my print subscription as with National Geographic app.

When you download the app, you have to really search of the free sample. You have to hit "show more" twice to actually see it. In my opinion it should be on the first page.

I got on just fine to the app. I put in the code, so I didnt have to pay for 2 versions, I dont know why everyone else is so crazy!

I have all the magazines in paper form and even the new ones ! I totally recommend this magazine !

Why no digital access options for Canadian print subscribers?

This is SO bad! I mean who wants a app if u need to pay 3 or 4 dollars for a magazine that u can just get a the library! Well this is very weird!!!! I downloaded this app and guess what! It just MADE ME PAY FOR STUPID MAGAZINES!!! Bad!!!!!

I have NEVER experienced customer service as bad as National Geographic Kids. I wish there was a zero. Ive been having problems downloading the monthly digital editions. After not being able to download my editions for two months, I emailed National Geographic about my problems. I was emailed pre-written suggestions that was was somewhat related to my problem. They even sent me an affiliate company (who responded promptly and was very helpful) that had nothing to do with my situation. I finally got a response today (December 6th) to my last email (Oct. 23rd) with the exact same lame advice. If you have any problems, do NOT expect any help! Ill never subscribe again! What an utterly frustrating experience!

Cant download monthly issues even though I paid for a yearly subscription!!!
