Worst Customer Service!
I have NEVER experienced customer service as bad as National Geographic Kids. I wish there was a zero.
Ive been having problems downloading the monthly digital editions. After not being able to download my editions for two months, I emailed National Geographic about my problems. I was emailed pre-written suggestions that was was somewhat related to my problem. They even sent me an affiliate company (who responded promptly and was very helpful) that had nothing to do with my situation. I finally got a response today (December 6th) to my last email (Oct. 23rd) with the exact same lame advice.
If you have any problems, do NOT expect any help! Ill never subscribe again! What an utterly frustrating experience!
